Parking

Huntington Place offers 2,596 parking spaces across three secure and well-lit garages: the Roof Deck parking, Washington Blvd. Garage, and the Huntington Place Congress Street Garage. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and payment is accepted by credit card, Apple Pay, and tap-to-pay. No overnight parking, oversized vehicles, or trailers are allowed in these facilities.

All parking areas at Huntington Place include handicapped-accessible parking spaces and provide easy access to wheelchair-friendly entrances. Please note that Huntington Place is not responsible for any items left in vehicles parked in its garages, so take necessary precautions to secure your belongings.

For your safety and convenience, these parking garages are among the safest in Detroit, offering bright lighting and frequent monitoring to ensure a secure parking experience.

Roof-top Garage : 625 West Congress Street

Washington Garage : 1 Washington Boulevard

Location: Corner of Larned St. and Washington Blvd., underneath Huntington Place Vehicle Height Clearance: Up to 7 feet Capacity: 640 covered parking spaces across two levels EVO Charging: 6 EVO charging spots available

Joe Louis Garage : 900 West Jefferson Avenue

Location: Off Jefferson Ave Capacity: 600 parking spaces

Monthly Parking Leases

Huntington Place currently has monthly parking leases available for downtown companies or individuals in secure, state of the art, renovated garages. Overnight parking is prohibited. These amenities are available for our lease holders:

In the event that Huntington Place parking facilities are at capacity, two adjacent facilities on Congress Street are available. First Street parking deck and Millennium Garage.
