 Mission: To develop and follow the DRCFA strategic plan that includes:

  • improving and expanding the facility
  • recommending operational structures that meet current industry standards
  • recommending sales and marketing stuctures in collaboration with the Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau
  • evaluating the financial operating profile for Huntington Place, taking into consideration potential changes in financial operating performance, as well as the planned financial participation by the State.
