DRCFA Meeting Schedule
Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority Board Meetings - Claude Molinari, Chairman
Mission: To develop and follow the DRCFA strategic plan that includes:
- Improving and expanding the facility
- Recommending operational structures that meet current industry standards
- Recommending sales and marketing structures in collaboration with the Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau
- Evaluating the financial operating profile for Huntington Place, taking into consideration potential changes in financial operating performance, as well as the planned financial participation by the State.
