Assistant Operations Manager

The Assistant Operations Manager – Environmental Services supports the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Environmental Services department.

Custodial Supervisor

The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Services department and ensuring work assignments are completed efficiently, safely, and within established timelines and budgets. 

Custodian

Under the direction of the shift supervisor, the Janitorial Services Worker will be responsible for the overall housekeeping services in the facility. They will also assist with the set up and tear down of meeting rooms, exhibit halls, catered events, ballrooms and other spaces in and surrounding Huntington Place.

Director of Capital Projects

The Director of Capital Projects is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of large-scale capital expansion and redevelopment projects across the convention center campus.

Director of Operations

The Director of Operations leads the day-to-day operational heartbeat of Huntington Place, ensuring events, logistics, venue readiness, sustainability initiatives, and operational teams execute at the highest level.

Event Setup /  Teardown Staff (Part Time)

The Event Setup/Teardown Staff – Part-Time supports the preparation and breakdown of event spaces throughout Huntington Place. Under the direction of a Shift Supervisor, this role is responsible for setting up meeting rooms, exhibit halls, ballrooms, and other event areas to meet client specifications. 

HVACR Technician

The HVACR Technician is responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related building systems throughout Huntington Place.

IT Network Specialist

The IT-Network Specialist provides hands-on information technology and network support throughout Huntington Place. Reporting to the IT Manager, this role is responsible for maintaining the facility’s network infrastructure, supporting technology systems, and ensuring reliable connectivity for internal operations, clients, vendors, and events. 

Maintenance Tech Parking

The Maintenance Tech – Parking is responsible for maintaining parking facilities, equipment, and surrounding areas to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment for guests and staff. Reporting to the Parking Operations Director, this role supports daily parking operations and special event setup. 

Operations Manager - Environmental Services

The Environmental Services Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and leading all custodial operations throughout Huntington Place to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests, clients, exhibitors, contractors, and employees. 

Refrigeration Equipment Operator – First Class

The Refrigeration Equipment Operator – First Class is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining refrigeration systems that provide chilled water for the facility’s air conditioning systems. Under general supervision and on an assigned shift, this role ensures the safe and efficient operation of refrigeration equipment and related building systems. 

Staff Accountant

The Staff Accountant reports to the Director of Finance and supports all facets of the organization’s accounting operations. This role plays a critical part in monthly close, financial reporting, audit support, and general ledger activity, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
