Detroit Regional Convention Facility Authority Board Meetings - Claude Molinari, Chairman
Mission: To develop and follow the DRCFA strategic plan that includes:
- improving and expanding the facility
- recommending operational structures that meet current industry standards
- recommending sales and marketing stuctures in collaboration with the Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau
- evaluating the financial operating profile for Huntington Place, taking into consideration potential changes in financial operating performance, as well as the planned financial participation by the State.
