FREE EVENT: TAI CHI ON COBO SQUARE

Join us for an outdoor Tai Chi session on Cobo Square, with the Detroit skyline at sunset as a background. The class will be hosted by Mary Ann Kashef from Tai Chi Detroit. Admission to this event is free, but items for COTS (Coalition On Temporary Shelter) will be collected for those wishing to donate.

Event-day registration will begin at 5:00 PM and the session will begin at 6:00 PM.

Parking is available for $10/ car on the Cobo roof. 

Ages: 18+

Please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle. In case of inclement weather, the session will take place indoors in the Cobo Center atrium.

Mary Ann Kashef has been studying the Martial Arts for over 17 years and is a certified Tai Chi and Qigong instructor. She teaches Tai Chi Therapy and medical Qigong at Beaumont Hospital for Cardiac, Pulmonary, Women's Wellness, and Optimal Aging clients. http://www.taichidetroit.com/
